“People there especially the restaurant staff are friendly, bartender Alejandro is awesome! The guy Jairo who makes burgers, pizza and guacamole is friendly! The staff who are incharge of the activities did great! Shoutout to Ricky, Carlos, Fernando, Arias and Jesus! You guys rock! They are very friendly and to Ricky who made us feel important!”

“My mom and I had a very comfortable time, we liked the yoga classes, and the activities of the animators. Arias was very kind and helped us make bracelets. Highly recommended to come with the family, the food is good, they can improve but the food is of good quality

We stay at Laguna suites for 5 days. My husband and I usually have our breakfast here thanks to Sergio,Sandra,Edwin for warm welcome,for preparing our breakfast/Lunch ,for taking care of us and to Emmanuel,Mary,Cesar and off course Gustavo 😍 making our tummy happy every time we go home in the evening, yes it feels like home every time we go back after our daily tours.This place is amazing with great staff great place to relax.Gracias amigo!

“We're always nervous about going to a new resort - will it live up to our past experiences? This vacation at Hacienda Tres Rios exceded our expectations. The food was excellent and there was a wonderful diversity of options. Restaurants even had different menus for different nights, so you could never run out of tasty dishes to try. Hacienda Grill may have been our favorite, though our 16-year old had us at the pizza place more often for lunch. Service and cleanliness were excellent; a good mix of entertainment too. I was never bored. We kayaked, swam in a cenote, had a wonderful sensory adventure experience and biked to all the property's cenotes, as well as walked over to the nursery on a whim; beautiful. The beach did not seem to be a focal point -- there were chairs and waves and beautiful sand, but the water was choppy, cold and not particularly clear. Then we walked over to our left and discovered how wonderful the little area where a river met the ocean off the side of the "beach" was. Crystal clear water and never too crowded. We spent many great hours there. Overall, a delightful resort. We only left once in seven days for an all-day tour of Tulum, Boca and a cenote swim. Even that was arranged by the travel company right on site for the same price we saw advertised online. We recommend heartily.”

“Resort is located in a nice jungle setting on 125 acres. Friendly staff & low pressure offer to attend presentation after check-in, which we declined. Good food options onsite (with or without all inclusive). 20+ minutes to Playa del Carmen ($27 taxi each way March 2023). Jungle kayak tour on cenote river & swim in cenote on the property were awesome. Be advised of seasonal seaweed on beach at resort & Playa del Carmen area. Loved the room, but bed was too hard. Great vacation!”

“We have had an amazing time at Tres Rios. There is much to do and lots of helpful employees. The food is superb and plentiful. We never went hungry. We especially enjoyed the activities such as the “Sense Adventure”, “Bicycle Tour”, and the “Kayak Tour”. The Sense Adventure was very moving. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a touching experience. The Bicycle and Kayak Tour were fun. The Bicycle Tour really gave us a chance to see all the cenotes and a chance to explore the resort. The Kayak Tour was beautiful. We especially want to thank Gean Carlo for his friendly demeanor. He made the tours a lot of fun”
